The reason for this is that, since there is one hypostasis of both
natures, the same hypostasis is signified by the name of either
nature. Thus it may be said that the Son of God suffered, was
crucified; also it may be said that the Son of man is immortal,
eternal, omnipotent, because the meaning is: this suppositum having
the human nature is immortal, eternal, and possessing other divine
attributes.
